Westin Sourcing Asia is Westin Group's Asia based sourcing and procurement arm. It identifies, vets, and manages factory relationships and raw material sources across the region, and coordinates quality control on the ground rather than relying only on documentation and remote inspection reports.
The division functions as the local team behind the group's sourcing and QC operation, giving Westin Group's manufacturing and trading divisions visibility into the supply base before goods leave the region.
What We Do
Factory Sourcing & Vetting
Identifying and qualifying manufacturing partners in the region for capability, capacity, and compliance. This builds the vendor base used by Westin Group's manufacturing and trading divisions.
Raw Material Sourcing
Sourcing raw materials and components used across the group's manufacturing operations, through established local supplier relationships.
On the Ground Quality Control
Inspection and quality coordination in the region at the factory level, checking product and process before goods move downstream.
Supplier Relationship Management
Ongoing management of factory and material supplier relationships on behalf of the group.
