Marketing

Overview

Westin Group's brands don't all sell the same way, and they don't all market the same way either. WestinTrends and CostaElm compete for attention directly with consumers, in a crowded ecommerce category. Wholesale division and Everon Products Company compete for dealer and hospitality partners, on trust, program reliability, and category authority. One internal marketing function serves both, not with one strategy stretched across every brand, but with shared infrastructure and execution specific to the channel behind each one.

That structure means every brand in the portfolio gets a marketing team that understands its category, its buyer, and its channel, without duplicating strategy, content production, and paid media management as separate functions for each brand. It's also what keeps the group's brands distinct from one another rather than blurring together, even when they're built on the same underlying manufacturing and materials capability.

What We Do

Brand Strategy

Positioning, voice, and go to market strategy for each brand in the portfolio: developed against that brand's specific buyer and channel, not a one size fits all group message.

Content Production

Photography, video, product content, and copy built for how each brand is actually discovered and evaluated: product detail pages and lifestyle content for the group's online brands, program and capability content for wholesale and dealer facing brands.

Paid Media & Performance Marketing

Paid search, paid social, and marketplace advertising for the group's online brands, managed internally against real performance data rather than handed off to an outside agency with no visibility into the group's margins or manufacturing.

Retail & Trade Marketing Support

Sell sheets, program materials, trade show support, and dealer facing collateral for the group's wholesale and hospitality focused brands: the kind of material a dealer or buyer needs to bring a product into their own catalog.

Built for Two Different Buyers

Online Brands

For WestinTrends and CostaElm, marketing is built around the ecommerce funnel: content, paid media, and merchandising that move a consumer from discovery to a completed order, and lifecycle marketing that brings them back.

B2B & Wholesale Brands

For Wholesale Division and Everon Products Company, marketing is built around a longer, relationship driven buying cycle: category authority, program credibility, and trade facing content that supports a dealer or partner's own sales process, not a single transaction.

Shared Infrastructure, Brand Specific Execution

Every brand draws on the same content production, analytics, and paid media capability, but nothing goes out under a brand's name without being built specifically for that brand's audience and channel.

Why It Works

Category expertise without agency turnover

Because our marketing team works exclusively across Westin Group's own brands, they build category and product knowledge that an outside agency serving multiple unrelated clients doesn't have the time or incentive to build.

Consistency backed by real manufacturing

Marketing claims about material performance, durability, and warranty are made by a team that sits inside the same organization as the people who design and manufacture the product, not a team working from a spec sheet handed to them secondhand.

One team, full portfolio visibility

Because the same function supports every brand, the group can see what's working in one channel or brand and apply it to another: a paid media insight from an online brand informing a wholesale brand's trade content, or vice versa.

A Westin Group Company

Marketing is one of Westin Group's shared capabilities, built to serve every brand in the portfolio: from the group's online brands to its dealer facing and hospitality facing wholesale lines. It's backed by Westin Group's vertically integrated manufacturing and materials capability, which is what lets our marketing team speak to product performance and durability with direct knowledge of how it's built.
