Westin Group

Overview

Westin Group is a vertically integrated manufacturer and supplier serving the outdoor and residential furniture industry. We don't sell furniture under the Westin Group name. We own and operate the divisions and brands that do, and each one draws on the same foundation of material science, manufacturing capacity, and distribution infrastructure.

That structure exists because HDPE and Marine Grade Poly outdoor furniture depend on tight control over material formulation, tooling, and production quality. A brand that sources materials from one vendor, manufacturing from another, and logistics from a third is managing risk at every handoff. Westin Group was built to remove those handoffs.

Today, that portfolio spans wholesale dealer brands, OEM/ODM manufacturing, raw material supply, and online furniture brands. Each operates under its own name and serves its own customers. Each is backed by the same parent infrastructure.

What Vertical Integration Means Here

Materials

We manufacture the HDPE and Marine Grade Poly lumber stock that finished furniture is built from. Formulation, pigmentation, and weatherability performance are controlled from the raw material stage forward, not sourced as commodity resin from third parties.

Manufacturing

We operate full service OEM/ODM production capacity for finished furniture programs, serving wholesale and distribution partners across ecommerce, specialty retail, hospitality, and mass merchant channels.

Sourcing

Our sourcing and procurement infrastructure gives every division access to factory relationships, materials sourcing, and quality control coordination: capability an independent brand would need years to build on its own.

Distribution

A physical distribution and logistics network spanning US and international facilities moves product from our factories to the dealers, retailers, and consumers our brands serve.

Brands

That infrastructure supports a portfolio of operating divisions and brands, from dealer only wholesale furniture to online furniture brands, each built to serve a distinct customer and channel.

Why Integration Matters to Partners

Fewer points of failure

When materials, manufacturing, and logistics sit inside one organization, partners aren't exposed to the coordination risk of a supply chain involving multiple vendors.

Consistency at scale

Material and production standards set at the Westin Group level carry through every division and brand. Quality doesn't vary by which part of the business a partner is working with.

Stability behind the brand

A dealer, distributor, or manufacturing partner working with any Westin Group division is backed by the scale and infrastructure of the full organization, not the standalone balance sheet of a single brand.
