Overview
Drop shipping lets a partner take the order while Westin Group handles the shipment. The partner sells the product under its own name; Westin Group picks, packs, and ships it directly to that partner's end customer from its own distribution network, without the product routing back through the partner's warehouse first.
Westin Group manufactures, sources, and distributes under one organization. Drop shipped orders draw on the same inventory and facilities used across the rest of the group's distribution network: Midway, GA and Ontario, CA in the US, and Ningbo and the China Consolidation Center on the origin side. Partners get the reach of a full distribution network without carrying stock themselves.
This capability serves partners who want to sell Westin Group product without the cost of holding inventory: retailers, wholesale and dealer partners, and private label or OEM customers reselling under their own brand.
Who It Serves
Retail Partners
Retailers who want to offer Westin Group product without carrying it in their own inventory.
Wholesale & Dealer Partners
Dealers who want to extend their catalog with drop shipped items alongside stock they already hold.
Private Label
Customers reselling product manufactured by Westin Group under their own brand, shipped directly to their end customers.
How It Connects to Our Distribution Network
One Network, Two Directions
The group's distribution centers already move product to partner warehouses and dealer locations in bulk. Drop shipping uses that same network to ship a single order to a single end customer instead.
No Separate Warehouse
Drop shipped orders are not held in or shipped from a facility built specifically for this purpose. They draw on the same distribution infrastructure as the rest of the group's network: Midway, GA, Ontario, CA, Ningbo, and the China Consolidation Center.
Origin to End Customer
Product that moves through the group's manufacturing base in China, its export consolidation in Ningbo, and its US distribution centers can also be routed as a drop shipped order at the final step, rather than staged for bulk delivery to a partner.
Why It Matters to Partners
No inventory to hold
Partners sell Westin Group product without carrying stock or managing warehouse space for it.
One network behind every order
Orders ship from the same distribution facilities used across the group's wholesale and dealer business, not a separate or outsourced operation.
Fits alongside stocked inventory
Dealers and retailers can combine drop shipped items with product they already stock, without managing two different supply chains.
A Westin Group Company
Drop Shipping is part of Westin Group's physical distribution network, supporting a vertically integrated manufacturer and supplier serving the outdoor and residential furniture industry across sourcing, manufacturing, and materials. It draws on the same manufacturing and distribution infrastructure as the rest of the group's network, rather than operating as a separate business.
